  Until u guys buy your own helicopter and do your own monitoring, don't dispute the aligations. Have u check the records of oil companies? Their main motive is money, irrespective of environmental consequences. It happens in so many countries and Ghana cannot be exception.
  So until u guys buy your own helicopter or find means to monitor the site , pls be quiet.

  My Friend, like all government Agencies, EPA is under-resourced so whatever means is available for EPA to carry out its monitoring will be used! It does not mean EPA is in bed with the oil companies! You are the same people who will come out and complain that EPA is not doing its work when we're not able to move around!

  It is not EPA alone that grants the permit for fuel service stations! The NPA and town and country planning gives permit. EPA will not approve any permit if it seems that the location is not ideal. It is when development catches up with these filling stations that people want the filling stations to relocate which is not possible. The town & country planning dept and the individuals know that there is a filling station before people come to build their houses hence when you see and decide to build your residence nearby the choice is yours but don't ask EPA to relocate the filling stations.

  OH,DON'T YOU KNOW THAT THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING, JUST WAIT TILL IT COMES OUT OF FIRE.HOW MANY TIMES,SOME OFFICIALS HAD DENIED BEING CORRUPT AND YET,AS TIMES PASSED BY,THEY HAD BEEN FOUND CORRUPT.
