These young people have realized very quickly that the 9 to 5 job in journalism is a snail's pace to prosperity. They point to Hotel Waa Waa, Kufuor Foundation, and dinning with the Queen of England in Buckingham Palace for disposing off our prestigious Ashanti Goldfields Ltd.; the kickback from disposing off Ghana Telecom, Ghana Airways; the kickback in the construction of Jubilee House, which was estimated at $30 million and ballooned into $150 million; the misappropriation of funds of Ghana@50 celebration originally budgeted for $20 million but ended up costing the country $75 million. These young people are not stupid, they only way to make it big is as you put it, join the gravy train. Afterall, they are in the news business and know what is going on.

How can the young step in your shows when you are no more without given them the opportunity to serve.
I wonder why this sudden U-turn to encourage the youth to take a bold step to participate in the governance of the nation.Any way it's good to encourage the youth but NPP should develop the attitude of involving the youth to help in the governance. They should desist from using the youth to gain power and later neglecting them.

The Owusu ankomahs , hackman,mike ocquayes,ad do kuffours just to mention just a few. The wisdom was there and the leadership was good and quality. You cannot compare this youth and the once l have already mentioned.you cannot throw the governance of a country into the hands of just the youth.what we are all seeing is a testimony.l wonder if countries like the u.s will throw their sensitive areas like energy, education ,agric , health etc into just youthful hands.
