Give the dog a bad name and hang it. Dissolve EPA and worse things will happen. Tell the idiotic politicians and party functionaries to respect rules and not force the hands of government institutions. For the current situation, the then Minister, his(er) committee members and particularly the court order must be subject of public interest and not the scraping of EPA. Journalistic tom-foolery won't get you anywhere.

EPA Ghana is one of the best in the world!!! Should we scrap Korle Bu or change the CEO because some nurses are not performing?

EPA America, and other EPAs the world over are responsible for the environment' protection agaist all sorts of abuses eitherby the individual or state sponsored activities. It si a powerful institution that seeks to implement all the legislations guarding the environment agaist all abuses. In Ghana, we see the efforts of the EPA as an interference in the individual or state affairs and therefore resort to courts for litigation against he EPA if they wantto implement the laws of the environment.
Wecwill only see disasters in our environment. The forest are going, river sources are drying and dying out. Pollution is affecting all the life support sources in the system and nobody cares! In the name of development all environmental entities are being destroyed with careless abandoned.

Get a competent CEO with foreign exposure. The person must have a land use planning and environmental management background. Besides, she/he shouldn't be corruptible. This is the solution! Don't scrap the EPA!
