Those who build on private or govt lands acquired years ago for development do so at their own risk to have their houses pull Down by the rightful owners.The problem in Ghana is there many corrupt ,criminal s and con Chiefs with their agents who resell some lands bought and paid for by govt and companies years ago to individuals who are lasy and never do any research on lands to be purchasad but rather resort to pay for these lands and build on them only to be pulled down later.
