There certain positions that are better filled by men, if not for any reason than their physicallity.
The feminists can make all the noise they want, but the fact remains that the strongest woman cannot match the strong man by a long shot. Nor can the fastest woman outrun the fastest man. Check your marathon records and learn that always the fastest woman's timing is about 30 minutes longer than that of the fastest man.

X-rays are dangerously cheap in Africa and many people ignorantly do them multiple multiple times. I'm in a hospital and I know people first go to diagnostic labs before even seeing a doctor here in West Africa.

Birth defects like this has many causes. One is that, sometimes the hormonal secretion that is needed to initiate tissue differentiation is not sufficient or are not produced at all due to gene shutdown or silencing. This leads to the inability for the body to undergo a programmed cell death called apoptosis. This same process is what separates our finger nails and toes into distinct forms from their initial webbed forms. With this baby's situation, provided there are two separate leg bones, they can be separated by surgical procedure and the organs can be made to form at this time when the baby's stem cells are still active in their embryonic stage. I urge the parents to refer this baby to highly resourced university like John Hopkins University of Maryland or the Fairfax Hospital in Alexandria, all in the United States. Allah have mercy because this is great test of faith to humankind.

I will suggest that this baby be put to sleep graciously and in dignity. imagine the pain humiliation and suffering this baby would go through if allowed to mature. I have glanced at some incredibly horribly malformed persons in the center of Accra, a few in front of Rex Cinema just as you about to negotiate the bend to the Supreme Court. I cannot imagine the parents and society that allowed these deformed creatures to be placed in society. It is cruelty and so primitive. You know in civilized worlds, if a parent opts to keep such a child, they often obtain services and medical assistance to bring a sense of comfort and humanity to the child. In Ghana, we adore seeing fellow humans live like animals so we can feel like higher animals. Another sighting was somewhere in Teshi/Nungua border. I saw a man(old enough to have suffered for so long) walking on all fours like a dog and feeding from the ground like one, and people were simple going about their business around (IT). My heart dropped. Please Africans use the little brain God gave us, so we can surge a little closer to advanced human behavior.

If this is not a false story or photoshop, please PUT THE POOR CREATURE TO SLEEP. It is only humane.

Ghanaian women must stop inserting things into their genitalia and other internal organs whiles pregnant. Some of these concoctions could be chemically too strong to inhibit biochemical process in the unborn fetus thereby leading to deformities at birth. This normally happens during the second and third trimester of pregnancy where mothers mostly suffer constipation. It is during this time that you see pregnant mothers performing all manner of enemas to relieve their bowels. This can have an adverse effect on the unborn baby. I remember sometime ago when my wife was carrying our first child the baby was kicking nicely during the 5th month until she performed an enema with some concoctions she bought from an Ashanti lady. I tell you, after the enema the baby stopped kicking for three days. I got alarmed and so I had to seek a safer natural remedy to my wife's constipation by introducing bran bread, vegetables and other high fibrous foods to our menu. Since then, all problems associated with constipation is gone. To the glory of God we now have three lovely children and two of them have never suffered malaria since they were born. This makes me believe the body can develop natural immunity against diseases if we stick to natural and scientific living based on the natural things God has endowed us with. We should always remember, moderation is always the key.
