Why the endless need to borrow, especially after IMF bailout. Was this borrowing taken into account by IMF? Senseless borrowing that's not going towards wealth creation. Useless govt. be honest about the economy

The economy needs proper management.. Not all countries have the quantum and quality of resources that Ghana is endowed with and yet are not struggling as Ghana... We are the problem!!!
