  olam has one of the best human resource as far as cocoa in ghana is concern but very bad leadership. almost every district manager owes the company. why?. you give money to a manager to give it to a registered purchasing clerk and you set systems in place that makes the managers incur high operating costs and at the end you arrest him and charge him with stealing.what kind of hypocracy is this? leave the guy alone. he is poor. he has no money even to eat let alone to high a lawyer to defend him. write it off against your huge margin you made this year.
