  ridiculous to jail someone 10 yrs for that amount of weed which the police claims he was wrapping to smoke,why couldnt this same police arrest jerry rawlings times past when he smoked in public? times are hard in ghana even though we found oil.jail isnt the answer but better stabilize the economy.

  shame to the police.better arrest the officers in the police whotake bribes and smoke themselves and leave the poor hustlers alone.
