    I think we must pay for the oxygen we breath; the footpath we walk on; kids we produce and even the songs we sing at church. If unis can't produce their own water and electricity, then they deserve that

    I will advise all the student to be patient and use there right come next year,all the student should just vote this clueless govrt out next year if they want change in there lives. Is so simple,this was done in other country ...

    Aren't the students paying tuition and/or residence fees? Shouldn't these fees be made to cover utilities? Students unable to pay utility fees, will they be free to use kerosene lanterns, coal pots, etc?

    This is no news to some students as they pay for the utilities in the private hostels. The intended policy balances the equation
