THIS IS A COMMON OCCURANCE, THE GOING FEE IS 1000 GHC, YOU PAY 500 BEFORE THE EXAM AND THE BALANCE WHEN YOU PASS. THIS IS ALL BECAUSE WAEC FAILS TO DO IDENTITY CHECKS
