I alerted top official there that in monicas college some students on sandwich never attended lectures after registration yet after every semester the score the highest grades. well as to wether they investigated and fortified the system, i don't know but at least they are aware.

This practice started ages ago. not today. Ghanaians should listen to some of them with UG master's degree speak English on KSM. and YOUTUBE, and they'll get my drift.

THAT THERE ARE NUMBER OF FACTORS THAT MILITATED AGAINST STUDENTS WHILE THEY ARE IN SCHOOL WHICH SOME ARE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE STUDENTS MIS-LABELLED AS "DROPS-OUTS".
THAT SOME OF THE FACTORS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
(i) THE CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING THE STUDENTS EITHER AT HOME, SCHOOL, IMMEDIATE ENVIRONMENT, THE CHURCH, THE PEER GROUP AND THE INFLUENCE OF THE MEDIA JUST TO MENTION ONLY THESE FEW RELATED MILITATING FACTORS THAT ADVERSELY AFFECT STUDENTS AT SCHOOL.
(ii) THE COMPARATIVE ADVANTAGE EDGE OF THE STUDENT OVER ACADEMICS THAT POTENTIAL NOT DISCOVERED AND THEREFORE THE STUDENT HAS NEVER BEEN DIRECTED TOWARDS THAT EDGE TO HELP TAPPED AND DEVELOPED THAT LATENT POTENTIAL TALENTS IN AND OF THE CHILD/STUDENT.
(iii) THAT THE TEACHING METHODOLOGY ADOPTED BY THE TEACHER ITSELF CAN MAKE THE CHILD/STUDENT TO FAIL.
THEREFORE, THERE IS THE NEED FOR THE TEACHER HIMSELF/HERSELF TO UNDERTAKE "STANDARD DEVIATION EVALUATION OF THE TEACHING METHODS OR METHODOLOGY ADOPTED BY THE TEACHER IN THE TEACHING OF THE CHILD.
THAT IT IS MY FIRM BELIEVED AND PHILOSOPHY WHEN I WAS TEACHING THAT "IF I TAUGHT YOU AND YOU FAILED THEN THE FAILURE OF THE STUDENT/CHILD BECAME MY RESPONSIBILITY AND TO CALL FOR "EVALUATION OF MY OWN TEACHING METHODS ADOPTED".
THAT IT IS AND WAS MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY THAT "IF I TAUGHT YOU THEN IT BECAME MY RESPONSIBILITY TO TEACH TO THE EXTENT THAT THE STUDENT/CHILD UNDERSTANDS OR UNDERSTOOD THE TOPIC OR THE SUBJECT".
THAT IS A CORE DUTY OF THE TEACHER THAT IS THE REASON THAT "EDUCATION AND TEACHING SHOULD BE THE CHILD CENTERED".
IT IS AT THESE RELATED BACKDROPS THAT I AM RESPECTFULLY URGING OUR DEAR TEACHERS AND SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS TO TAKE THE TIME TO CREATE A CONGENIAL TEACHING AND LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL HELP STIMULATE AND PROMOTE GOOD LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AND TO ALSO MAKE THE TEACHING LIVELY AND INTERESTING TO HELP IGNITE THE ENGINE OF INTEREST OF THE CHILD IN SCHOOL TO HELP CURB DOWN THE "DROP-OUT RATES".
THAT IT IS VERY IMPERATIVE TO HELP THE CHILD/STUDENT TO DISCOVER HIMSELF/HERSELF AND TO HELP THE CHILD/STUDENT TO ACTUALIZE HIMSELF/HERSELF TO DEVELOP THE CHILD FULL POTENTIALS TO THE HIGHEST HEIGHTS.
THAT THE IMPORTANCE EDUCATION WILL BE VERY DEFEATIVE IF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS FAILED TO DISCOVER THEMSELVES THE REAL AND ACTUAL FACTORS THAT FACILITATE,STIMULATE AND PROMOTE QUALITY EDUCATION IN A VERY CONGENIAL AND COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT WHERE PRAISE, REWARDS AND AT TIMES NOT ONLY ADOPTING "THE CARROT APPROACH BUT ALSO SCARCELY AND SPARINGLY ADOPTING "THE STICK APPROACH" TO CORRECT THE CHILD BY USING "THE EYE AND OTHER CORRECTIVE APPROACH MEASURES," THERETO.
THAT THE IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION WILL NOT ONLY BE ERODED WHEN PEOPLE RESORTED TO PURCHASE WITH CASH "DEGREES AND DIPLOMAS".
THIS IS BECAUSE ACCORDINGLY TO THE LATE PROFESSOR F.O.KWAMI, FORMER VICE CHANCELLOR OF THEN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY AND NOW KWAME NKRUMAH UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY, KUMASI, THAT "ANY RELATED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE ACQUIRED IF IT CANNOT OR COULD NOT BE USED TO SOLVE A RELATED PROBLEM IS NO EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE ACQUIRED".
THEREFORE, THE SITUATION THAT THE PERSONS WHO PURCHASED THE "UCC DIPLOMAS" DID NOT UNDERGO ANY RELATED EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCED THEN THE ISSUE THEREFORE, "HOW CAN OR COULD THE PERSONS ALSO USED IT TO SOLVE A RELATED PROBLEM"S"?"
THAT SCENARIO SITUATIONS WILL POSE A BIG PROBLEM-SOLVING PROBLEM FOR GHANA.
THEREFORE,THE ONLY SOLUTION IS TO CREATE CONGENIAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AND TO ADOPT THE REASONABLE REWARDS SCHEME FOR EDUCATION AND TO ACCORD RESPECT TO KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCED ACQUIRED.
