The MCE is as incompetent as his predecessor, preoccupied with grabbing money without heeding attention to problems facing the municiaplity. This problem is not new, before and after the project the situation has not improved, at least since the time I was posted there as a teacher. The residents are suffering, many are dying slowly while the MCE go bragging he paid GHC20,000 to get the position and so the people should let have his peace. President Mahama must put his feet down and firm. Things are not right there.

THESE APPOINTEES ALSO MAKE DECISIONS THAT PROFESSORS WITH MANY YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE HAVE TO FOLLOW. If you think this is not right, VOTE THE MEDIOCRE NDC GOVERNMENT OUT IN 2016.
