  When the employees of a
  restaurant
  attended a fire safety seminar, they watched a fire official
  
  demonstrate the proper way to operate an extinguisher. "Pull the pin like a
  
  hand grenade," he explained, "then depress the trigger to release the
  
  foam."
  Later an employee was selected to extinguish a controlled
  fire in the
  parking lot. In her nervousness, she forgot to pull the
  pin.
  The instructor hinted, "Like a hand grenade, remember?"
  In a
  burst of confidence she pulled the pin -- and hurled the
  
  extinguisher at the blaze.

  Go to every fire service station in Ghana and you will see fire service men sitting idle, some playing draught, some running their own errands, etc. They virtually have nothing to do.
  The GFS is seriously over staffed. This MAHAMA and his NDC idiots are seriously wasting and destroying the resources of Ghana. NONSENSE!

  I would like to know when Albert GAISIE earned his doctorate. I grew up with this guy at Dansoman Laststop and i know he was an 'aluta' leader at Sweduru secondary school, he was kicked out of the school in 1978 and never went back to any school but joined the cadres after the 1979 coup and was attached to the NFS after a 6 month training period in Cuba. Someone please explain to me how this guy without O-levels is the CFO.

  Most personnel of the fire service are unfit. The female officers have very fat asses and are not able to jog. How many of the personnel can enter a burning house and carry out a 70kg person

  The real problem is not about the staff strength . It is about the quality of men & women most of them are either too old & weak too fat or too rusty & cannot cope with any situation . It's imporntant we do a fitness audit ...

Why don't you have any alliances with south Africa or holland for advanced learning, cooperation and to even buy or have equipment donated? What new innovations, policies have you personally introduced to innovate and modernize gnfs in the respective regions? U need to go.for someone new with proven experience to.take over. Typical Ghanaian mentality. Wait for everything to be destroyed before taking action
