Ghanaians sowed the 'SATANIC SEEDS OF XENOPHOBIC HATRED' on the soil of mama Africa in the 60s. That is a fact! Never in the history of mama Africa that you sees your fellow black Africans as 'Aliens'; but thanks to the Ghanaians xenophobic ACO's PRECEDENT, Africans are not only 'DISCRIMINATING' against themselves but are now killings each others. That was Ghanaians legacy to Africa. What a SHAME indeed!

Although, Ghanaians introduced ACO to get rid of Nigerians who were prospering in Ghana then, out of ENVINESS, konkonsa, back biting, pull him down and JEALOUSY, but their satanic acts has now turns Africans into SAVAGES in the eyes of the whole world. This is unfortunate indeed.

Moreover, many mansions "owned" by some Ghanaians today were confiscated from Nigerians or forced the Nigerian owners to sell to them, (UNDER DURESS), at prices which could not buy the cement used to build the houses at the time. Some Ghanaians are sitting on NIGERIANS STOLEN/CONFISTICATED PROPERTIES. This is an 'OPEN SECRET.' Ghanaians decendants and beneficiaries of that HEINOUS ACO acts would surely continued to have GUILTY CONSCIENCE, (UNTIL THEY MAKE RESTITUTIONS AND PUBLICLY APOLOGISE TO NIGERIAN DESCENDANTS' OF THE VICTIMS OF THE WICKED AND SATANIC ASSHANTI KOFI ABREF BUSIA, ACO).

I hereby DEMAND unreservely that Ghanaians government and the people of Ghana MUST apologise to Nigerians' victims of that Satanic Asshanti Kofi Abrefa Busia's draconian ACO, (and RETURN their stolen properties), and to the whole of Africans and black race in general for 'PLANTING THE SEEDS OF HATRED' and 'BLACK ON BLACK DISCRIMINATIONS' on the soil of mama Africa. ACCRA, Ghana, May 11— The stands and playing fields of the sports stadium here have served in recent days as a joyless transit station for thousands of poor, tired and anxious Ghanaians ordered out of Nigeria in a mass expulsion of illegal aliens.

Many have made the 300-mile trip from Lagos to Accra, Ghana's capital, as human cargo of sorts, tightly packed in huge trucks. The Nigerian authorities had given aliens until May 10 to obtain residence permits or leave.

For many at the stadium and another reception center nearby, Accra is a brief stop in a journey to remote parts of this poor nation.

Officials here said about 62,000 Ghanaians had arrived since Nigeria announced the expulsion plan in mid-April. The number is far short of the 300,000 Ghanaians believed to have been working in Nigeria. Some officials and returning Ghanaians said many were still stranded in Nigeria, unable to pay for transportation home.

Nigerian Pledge Reported

A statement from Ghana's National Mobilization Program said the Nigerian Government had pledged to accommodate all remaining illegal aliens at a camp in Lagos, from which they would be transported to Ghana and other countries by ship or aircraft.

On May 3, the Nigerian Government told 700,000 illegal aliens that they had a week to leave and that the borders, previously closed to prevent currency smuggling, would be open for their departure. In addition to the 300,000 migrant workers from Ghana, there were about 100,000 from Niger; most of the rest were from Chad and Cameroon.

It was Nigeria's second mass expulsion of aliens, who had been attracted to the African oil giant in hopes of gaining a financial foothold or fleeing drought. Falling oil prices have slowed Nigeria's economy, and foreigners are viewed as depriving citizens of jobs. Authorities also blame the aliens for high crime rates in the cities.

''We have done nothing except to look for the better way of life,'' said one woman, loading a mattress and sewing machine onto a truck for her journey to a town about 100 miles from here. ''They wanted us to leave, so we will go. But if we could have had more time, it would have been better for all of us.''

Ghana's High Commissioner to Nigeria asked Nigerian authorities earlier this week to extend the May 10 deadline for the expulsions. But the Nigerian Interior Minister, Maj. Gen. Mohammed Magoro, said Friday that there would be no extension.

Most Return Penniless

Trucks carrying returning Ghanaians have converged on the reception center at the stadium and another at a nearby trade fair site, by a lagoon on the Atlantic. As they tumble off the vehicles, many search for food and water. Though most are penniless -Nigerian customs officials searched them closely and refused to let them carry out more than the 20 naira, or $17.65, allowed by law - they have returned with bicycles, mattresses, electric fans and other items.

The Ghanaian Government is imposing customs duties on some of the items, one of several signs that, in the words of one official, the returning Ghanaians will not be ''pampered as they were'' in the 1983 expulsion of aliens from Nigeria.

Owusu Antwi waited in the soggy heat for a truck to take him to his home, 200 miles from Accra. Like others, he said that he had not encountered the violence that accompanied the 1983 expulsion, but that his hopes for a better life had been dashed.

''I struggled a lot before I got a job as a driver there,'' said Mr. Antwi, who lived in Nigeria for nearly two years. ''My employer said he would like to keep me on but that it would be dangerous to hide me. So now I am back and must begin again from the bottom.''
