I am a formal student of KNUST,from 1997-2001. The NDC government introduced such charges on students begin 2000 academic year.

I think Ablakwah's father finance Prez Mahama into NDC that is why he cannot move Ablakwah from that Ministry. The boy is bringing our party down come 2016.
