hospitals!!??Ridiculous funny and laughable.You know after all Mental Patients have equal rights just as normal people.Yet still you found it necessary to instigate the sacking of colleague doctors through an indefinite suspension you falsely accused of having a mental illness.You know you did not only tell a malicious lie on the doctors by claiming they were suffering from a 'possible delusional disorder' without bases but violated their human rights when you supported their sacking on the bases that they refused compulsory assessment and treatment.You probably would have also heard one of the doctors suffering an assassination attempt on 2 occasions;the first one when he had his fuel tank filled with salt pellets that nearly burnt him to death.The second when he had the knots of his vehicle at the drivers side tempered with his tyres coming off when he was traveling to Takoradi from Accra.You know the doctor reported these incidents in writing first to the police headquarters in the offices of the PRO DSP Cephas Arthur and the IGP.You know you were part of the syndicate who subjected the doctor then as a medical student to heinous atrocities when he had problems with Dr Akyem Appiah-Kubi former Eastern Regional Minister and Interior Minister who is your friend,colleague lecturer.You know tribe mate.You know of the rascal recruit soldiers who were accordingly hired by Dr Appiah-kubi and co in korle bu to assassinate him in his room at dawn 2 am but for the timely presence of his room mate who just returned from Kumasi in less than 5 minutes of the soldiers appearing.This is the doctor you claim to be suffering a psychiatric illness enforced his sacking through a dubious fabrication of a mental illness.You know you as a key partner of a grand conspiracy against the doctor used your position as Chief Psychiatrist to mercilessly victimize the doctor with a sack in favor of your Akan cronies.You knew of the heinous atrocities Dr Ntodi the MD of Effia Nkwanta Regional hospital subjected the young doctor to because the GHS headquarters had both pictorial and documentary evidence of these atrocities against him.You as the Chief Psychiatrist know the doctor won his case at Ghana Health Service Headquarters when a sham Disciplinary Committee Report dubiously implicated him by making adverse findings against him when he had a confrontation with a stubborn nurse Sarah Arthur who confronted other doctors in Effia Nkwanta in the past.Dr Akwasi Osei you will also be aware that headquarters re-posted the doctor to Effia Nkwanta hospital,indicted the Regions Report on grounds of lapses requiring further investigation into the matter.The doctor you claim have a mental illness was prevented from working against headquarters orders for 3 months until he was compelled to go for a psychiatry assessment against his wish before he was allowed to complete his internship.You know your fellow tribe mate Dr Samuel Agyemang,HOD ,O and G from the same Eastern Region as you referred to the doctor as a social miscreant in an interview with the chronicle but the doctor completed his rotation smoothly without a problem with him.You Akwasi osei knew of the bribery scandal that led to the death of a teenager because she could not pay 50 ghana cedis bribe for blood transfusion that was captured by the media.Akawsi Osei you know the folder was called for in an attempt to implicate the doctor then on duty since Dr Ntodi accused him of leaking the story to the media.Mr Chief Psychiatrist you know it was wrong for Dr Ntodi to sack the doctor at the hospital level but supported it.Akwasi Osei you are aware even after the doctor was forced to go for psychiatry assessment he was refused a copy of the Report until CHRAJ intervention.Akwasi Osei you know the doctor despite falsely accused and wrongly dismissed was only reinstated following intervention by CHRAJ,Western Region.So when Dr Ntodi said with confidence he will ensure the dismissal of the young doctor if he doesn't leave the hospital,you were the one he was relying on aware you were once an old foe during his medical school days in a conspiracy to throw him out of the profession orchestrated by Dr Akyem Apea-kubi.Is the doctors persistent harrassment part of a scheme to make life uncomfortable for him in the profession even if he completed the medical school as promised.Is it little wonder that you have to wait for a new Director General Dr Ebenezah Appiah Denkyira who quickly sacked the doctor in less than a month in office without giving him any audience despite all attempts by the young doctor to meet him.Was it another case of a tribal plot by another Eastern Region tribal bigot?Was it another case of a tribal attack against the northern doctor?The doctor you the Chief Psychiatrist Dr Akwasi Osei conspired to sack had his promotions,salary arrears and allowances withheld for almost 3 years in an attempt to frustrate and punish him.You knew of all these heinous atrocities he had to endure but pushed for his sacking using your office as the Chief psychiatrist.You knew as the Chief Psychiatrist a final medical Report that cleared him of any psychiatry illness but rather charged authorities in Western Region to be fair in their dealings with him and avoid prejudice.You callously ignored the Report and deliberately circumvented the Report by calling for further mental assessment when you know you woefully failed in the past to implicate the doctor even as a medical student in the numerous psychiatry assessment you took him through.Your colleague Sammy Ohene disgracefully put him on an anti-psychotic Olanzapine when he surprisingly admitted he could not find anything wrong with him.His refusal to take the drug ensured he was once again failed and repeated in Community Health By Professor Biritwum and co.Your conspiracy machinery took him to Ankaful where Dr Ama the Medical Director of Ankaful once again cleared him as having no mental illness.Your conspiracy machinery were not satisfied but pressed on until they suffered a major embarrassment when they finally took him to Korle bu where he once again cleared by Dr Araba Sefa Dede as having no problem.You Dr Akwasi Osei as Chief Psychiatrist ignored all these events only to blatantly but falsely accused him of 'possible delusional disorder' without evidence.You enforced the sacking of the doctor though the DG Ebenezah Appiah Denkyira on a ridiculous bases of refusing compulsory assessment and treatment through an indefinite suspension.You surprisingly copied the then Health Minister Alban Bagbin in the process in all these ridiculous scheme of shameful act.Akwasi osei, you are indeed a wolf in sheep clothing.
