It is on record that from 2001 to 2009 when NPP was in power most of the interventions in the educational and health sector were supported by our "development partners" who take one or two public assert to recover what they contributed.

When is it a sign of maturity or wise for a government that cannot complete electrification of the nation in over 50+ years talk about or implement a free JSS scheme when the foundations for national development and modernization cannot be achieved? Do we not have university graduates who cannot find jobs? Even the best argument for an educated citizenry has a draw back; abundant supply of workers and not enough demand for workers drives down wages. It is not enough already that the NPP gave Ghana a host of unfunded mandates like NYEP/GYEEDA, stadium renovation projects and all those projects that gave us judgment debts but now the NPP has another white elephant to sell the nation even when not economically sustainable in our debt-drowning state.
