Look at who is talking and where is he talking from. Nigeria did the same to Ghanaians in 1983 after Ghana had done the same with the Aliens Compliance Order. African leaders like President Mahama and President Robert Mugabe just to name a few had not done anything to help their own countries.

President Mahama is the president for his brothers and his Northern clan's men stealing left and right. When people can't find work in their own country of birth and see foreigners doing well they incline to free left out,take their frustrations on foreigners and accuse them of stealing their jobs. If African leaders had stop stealing had being President for everyone creating job people would not leave their countries.

President Obama made the below statement in April 11 2008 at at a San Francisco fundraiser he was right that is human feeling:

"You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not.

And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy toward people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."

IMF: Ghana may fail to pay debts on time

The once shining star of Africa, Ghana, is facing a real and serious risk of falling into a state which may make it extremely difficult to pay its debts on time.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has put Ghana into the category of countries that are few steps away from falling into the league of High Debt Distress Countries (HDDC).

According to the IMF, Ghana was put into this category after its debts in relation to taxes, revenue, exports crossed the minimum threshold that measures a country's distress status.

The FUND argues that it is required to do this to ensure that any financial institution or investor dealing with Ghana appreciates and understands the country’s ability to pay its debts on time.

The latest categorization of Ghana by the Washington-based lender is coming after the FUND’s new fiscal monitoring report projects that, Ghana’s debt-to-GDP ratio might hit the dreaded 70 percent by the end of this year.

The country's public debt as of December last year, according to the Bank of Ghana, stood at about 76 billion Ghana cedis.

But with the new loans that have been approved by Parliament since January to date, the debt levels might have gone higher.

The development has serious implications on the cost of borrowing for Ghana, as government is now doing more borrowing outside.

This means that the country might be paying a little more to issue bonds and borrow from international and even domestic institutions.

Government is expected to pay about 10 billion Ghana cedis as interest payments this year alone.

If the loans are not invested in self-financing projects, government may be compelled to increase taxes to take care of these debts or borrow more from the local and international banks.

Borrowing more domestically will undoubtedly lead to increase interest rates hikes and crowd out the private sector.

If Jacob Zuma had done the job his people gave him and fixed their unemployment situation, had fixed their poverty situation, instead of concentrating on and expanding his harem of beauties, his Zulu Clansman, the Zulu King would not have had cause to divert the attention from Jacob Zuma's failures by inciting his subjects to run amok amongst foreigners butchering, slaughtering and maiming them under the erroneous impression of other Africans have taken their jobs.
Africa puts the blame firmly and squarely on Jacob Zuma's gov't and nobody else.
The sickening, unacceptable and condemnable xenophobic attacks in SA is the failure of Jacob Zuma and as a leader of the second largest economy in Africa, he has betrayed South Africans terribly for his failed leadership which triggered those attacks which is by the way, not the first timeof such attacks.
Jacob Zuma owns it fully and the failed leadership of Jacob Zuma would not be shared or dispersed amongst South Africans and John Mahama would not be allowed to similarly share his failed leadership which has led to Ghana's retrogression and stagnation around. He also owns it fully.
