In your own small country, where Rawlings and his corrupt NDC have misruled for more than thirty years, the ethics Rawlings and his NDC know is to steal and loot state treasury.

Rawlings and his family have not built a single factory in Ghana, but now this corrupt and 'no ethics' family has factoriesin Ghana. How does this monster will define his global ethics? Has Rawlings ever criticized Russia for killing Ukranians? We have not heard his dirty voice on South Africans killing and burning Africans alive. Did we hear this dirty old man on Woyome, his fellow Ewewho has stolen millions of dollars from State treasury?

Rawlings is very ignorant. It is high time the media should ignore what this monster spits out from his stinky mouth.

When this dirty thief and murderer talks about global ethics, he must mentione the three judges and a retired army officer he killed without any reason. He must talk about students he murderedfor just protesting against his useless rule.

Rawlings speaks for nothing. If he wants to talk about ethics, he should speak to his notorious and corrupt NDC officials, who are dismembering Ghana. Rawlings should return all state assets his family and friends have stolen. Then, we will know that he means what he says.

A woman had a parrot that she took with her everywhere she went. She would even take the parrot to the club with her when she went dancing and drinking on Saturday nights.
Whenever the woman went onto the dance floor, the parrot would yell, "The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire, we don't need no water-let the muthafukkah burn! Burn, muthafukkah, burn!"
The crowd on the dance floor would always cheer and holler in appreciation when the parrot would yell. This would make the parrot yell even more and of course make the crowd go wild. This would go on all night long, every time the parrot went out.

You have shown us how matured and political wisdom you posess and I can assure you that many Ghanaians are very proud of you. Unlike NPP former president and ministers who ruled for eight years living the roads,streets and fly-overs in the cites dusty and uncompleted,selling our scientific bases such as Ghana Airways operated for more than forty five years and the Ghana telecommunications operated for more than sixty years to vodafone and openly shared the money among theselveswith impunity.We should never allow this bogus party to rule the country agaian and alas, the founder of the NPP the late Professor Boahene and the rest wil regret for forming the NPP which has been taken over by these opportunists such as Kufuor and the socalled Nana Akufo-Addo to exploit the Ghanaians and the nation. Dr Akwasi Osei Chief Psychiarist
The Chief Psychiatrist of the Ghana Health Service (GHS), Dr Akwasi Osei, has suggested that public office holders should be made to undergo psychological screening to determine whether they are mentally fit to work in the interest of the country.

He said it was only psychologically sound public officers who could come up with sound policies and laws, and sign agreements needed to advance the country’s socio-economic development.

Speaking at the launch of the first anniversary commemoration of the Mental Health Board in Accra yesterday, Dr Osei said some of the laws passed, policies and agreements signed by public officials raised questions about the mental state of such people when they were taking such decisions.

“They have to go for psychological screening to ensure that they are of sound mind. When you look at the policies, laws and international agreements, there is something not right up there,” he said.

The Mental Health Board is the governing body of the Mental Health Authority (MHA), which was established by the Mental Health Act 846 of 2012.

Activities lined up for the week-long celebration include a public lecture, launch of the Mental Health Fund, Muslim and Christian prayers and services.

Workplace psychologists

Dr Osei, who is also the acting Chief Executive Officer of the MHA, suggested that psychologists should be employed at workplaces to offer their services to workers.

He said the psychologists could address psychological challenges facing workers and deter depressed workers from engaging in criminal acts or committing suicide.

Dr Osei added that it was the objective of the MHA to clear all the streets in the country of mental patients within the next two years.

He revealed that nine out of 10 patients who were picked from the streets regained their sanity.

Statistics

A study conducted in 2009 showed that 41 per cent of Ghanaians had psychological distress. Nineteen per cent of the distress was moderate to severe; enough to be considered mental disorder.

The 19 per cent translates into about 4.75 million of the 25 million population. Of this figure, it is estimated that 700,000 had a major disorder, including schizophrenia and other psychotic conditions.

Dr Osei indicated that the number of people with psychological distress constituted a great loss to the state.

Dr Osei indicated that the Ministry of Health was coming out with a policy to regulate the sale, advertising and use of alcohol.

He said under the policy, advertisements on alcohol would be restricted to specific points in time, while celebrities would not be allowed to feature in those advertisements.

The despicable and hateful Zwellithini acting like a drunken reprobate has misled and continues to mislead his people instead of finding more productive areas to redirect their energy. This man must never dare to set foot in any other part of Africa ever. Black south Africans are collectively guilty of allowing this miscreant to open his foul mouth and for standing by even for one minute to allow the hair on another African to be touched let alone murdered. From now on I have no respect for any black South African regardless. I will put a white South African first. Without Africa this ' swaart gevaaren' would still be languishing under the jackboots of 'slegs ver blankes' and riding in the trunks of the white man's car and it would have served you right.
