If President Mahama is closing the border to prevent Ghanaians from voting in Togolese elections, President Faure should do same in 2016 to prevent Togolese from voting in Ghana's elections.

If President Mahama is closing the border to prevent Ghanaians from voting in Togolese elections, President Faure should do same in 2016 to prevent Togolese from voting in Ghana's elections.

Rather, if this action is hoping to help Faure win the elections by preventing Ghanaians who may want to vote against Faure in Togolese elections, then Faure will pay back Mahama by not closing his border in 2016 to help Togolese who will want to vote in Ghana's elections to do so to help President Mahama to retain power.

If Ghana and Togo are serious, both should share voter information (if Togo is doing biometric) to weed out people who have registered to vote in both countries.

I dare the NDC government to follow same by closing our borders with Togo and Burkina-Faso ahead of 2016 coming elections to avoid foreign infiltrators.

For the fact that the discredited Mahama led NDC will like to cling onto power at all cost wouldn't like to close our borders because of the Togolese and other foreign nationals smuggled to vote the criminally corrupt NDC.

It's good Togo has led the way and hopefully, the government will ensure that all our borders are closed before the coming elections for free and transparent democratic elections.
