Togo is not a democratic country. How can one President rule for 38yrs if the country rule is democracy? No wonder he died by heart attack.
Problems like these is why there could not be an real African unity.

We Ewes must sit up and stop pointing fingers at other people for we are our own enemies. Instead of opening up we keep on practicing the same culture of our ancestors thousands of years ago. Forgetting that culture is dynamic, and that it is subject to changes. We are afraid of changes. We are still holding to certain backward believes or practices which is holding us in bondage. We are always living and sleeping in fears. This kind of mindset retards growth and development. It is time we stop using our monies to buy drinks for gods who does not exist. Practicing of Voodoo and Trokosi whereby innocent people are being held in slave camps for the sins and crime they never committed. Finally, we need to focus on developments and investments in our areas and stop disrespecting elderly people because of politics. Long live Eweland, long live GHANA

You are a great thinker. I have got loads of eve friends and I always tell them this. Attitudinal change is the key. Ewes are wonderful and strong people. All they need is to change their ways and they will be up there.
