UP/PP/NPP was the first party to work with America and its CIA to stage a coup in 1966. This was the first coup in Ghana.l NPP should stop being hypocritical and about coups, for it has coup DNA in its blood. Afrifa and Busia along with Edward Akufo-Addo were the chief tools used by the CIA. Kotoka was just a figure-head used by the coup plotters to ensure that there would be wide support from the rank and file of the military. Ankrah was used by the coup plotters to deceive Ghanaians into thinking that military officers who had been fired by Nkrumah played a big part in the coup plot. The CIA is slick, but the UP/PP/NPP is full of hot air and deceptions. Was it not Afrifa who passed a decree banning CPP politicians from running for political office while also making Busia the head of the Center for Civic Education, a job that allowed Busia to criss-cross the country campaigning for office under the guise of educating Ghanaians about the electoral process.

As we march towards the 2016 elections it is important that the focus in the NPP is "winning power" and not Akuffo Addo, or whoever

The incumbent NDC govt has failed in every way possible; (1) with record levels of gold and cocoa prices, (2) hitherto unknown oil revenues $860M in 2014 alone, (3) record levels in tax revenues and (4) 70BGHC in loans during their tenure and still borrowing; we are struggling as a nation.

After 7 years in power the NDC party is still talking about the future. What a waste. They wasted 20 years of our lives with PNDC/NDC and now another 7 years gone down the trash tubes.

Hopefully all Ghanaians have learned their lessons, never to trust NDC again. Dumsor has been around for the last 4 years and the NDC govt is still talking about the future as if they came to power yesterday.
