No, the problem is NOT the woman. It is system. It has always been the case. It was more serious during Akufo-Addo's time. In general, there hasn't been any change in the way passports are processed in Ghana and I presume Ghanaians are the most unpatriotic in Africa.

Making passports in any country around us as a foreigner is difficult. You can't make Ivorian or Togolese passports. In these countries, you have to prove your citizenship to be entitled to a passport.

In other french speaking countries, the civil number attributed to you at birth is what you will use for any national document and proving your nationality at birth could be very tricky and may involve more than just parents.

In Ghana we have shown everyday how useless politicians could be.

Honestly speaking, I lost all respect for her when she was the first to come out to tell Ghanaians when the lady was arrested in London that, "she said she is not going to name names", when she was not in London. Again, DP's from her ministry was at the heart of that issue. Corrupt officials. What has she been doing for work in that office to play dumb today. The BNI should arrest her for getting paid for no work done. I don't see any difference between armed robbers and office robbers. They are all thieves, and taking pay without working makes you a thief.
