  Considering Africa's sorry state of poverty, squalor and misery in this 21st century, who says we have intellectuals in Africa?We have no intellectuals period. With all professors,doctors,experts around, look at the continent.We can't industrialise, we can't exploit our resources, we can't reduce diseases,just can't treat our water,all without foreign intellectuals .Our economists can't get it right . From poverty to misery and dejection.Where are the so called intellectuals?

  Intellectual independence, reall who is stopping you from anything and who is holding you down? What we need is tangible manifestation of intellectuality! If you are an engineer, let's see your creations, don't just recite principles and laws back to us in your clean white shirt, apply them to something; if u claim u are an economist, please give us a ten year development strategy! Stop sitting at the Senior Common room and arguing over philosophies and theories which usefulness we can't see!
