  A Fortune 500 company hired several cannibals with impressive resumes to improve productivity. “We are counting on you to be good team players and to work hard,” the VP of Human Resources told the new hires during an orientation briefing. “You get weekends off and 401K matching and you can visit the cafeteria on your breaks. But please do not eat the employees.”
  
  The cannibals agreed at once. Two months passed and the HR VP commented, “I appreciate your hard work, which has improved productivity by 50%. But one of our administrative assistants has vanished. Anyone know what happened to her?
  
  “The cannibals denied any knowledge of her whereabouts, shaking their heads. After the boss left, the chief of the cannibals said, “One of you fools ate the Admin. Who was it?”

  These graduates should be calling out all those electricity thieves and those who do not pay for what they consume. The mark of a graduate is the ability to analyse and come out with solutions. But what are graduates in Ghana doing? Throwing pity party. They believe they should be working for somebody else and not for themselves. Questio. Did these guys just go to university to learn theories and not application skills? It appears some of the students preoccupy themselves with politics.

  These graduates are products of our unproductive education system.Graduates must be critical thinkers and innovative minds who seek to become employers.Ghana is not an industrial country,therefore graduates should be able to create jobs with the knowledge acquired.We have so much to create jobs from but,the fact that our universities are poorly designed,our graduates end becoming employees.They are dead on creativity,afraid of failure.Well informed graduates can make use of fruits like pawpaw into medication and body lotion,coconut oil,clove are all essential in body and healthcare.We overlook our local products which we have in abundance only to purchase foreign products at high cost,yet we have high unemployment rate.

  Sometimes it surprises me to hear some people talk about unemployed graduates as not been critical thinkers.Maybe is either those speakers are not critical thinkers themselves or just want to push the blame to these graduates ...

  Sometimes it surprises me to hear some people talk about unemployed graduates as not been critical thinkers.Maybe is either those speakers are not critical thinkers themselves or just want to push the blame to these graduates.Those speakers have not solve those challenges with their graduate certificates including those graduates at the top of affairs in the country they are defending.What they also done with those certificates they pride themselves with.
