  Lack of energy policies over the years has led to this embarrassing dumsor-dumsor.
  Intellectuals like Prof. Emeritus Allotey, and Prof. Victor Obeng should have played a part in preventing the energy crisis. What is the use of being an intellectual? All that knowledge should not go to waste.
