It was NPP and one of their outfit in "propagandalism" called myjoyonline.com which claimed to have consulted Karpower and they were promised the power ships could be ready at the close of April this 2015 year, hence their story all around. Now, hear them jump hurrah to their own concocted lies.

The government has maintained all along that the power crisis will ease tremendously before this year call it a quit on us due to the measures they are forcefully putting in place to arrest the situation once and for all, both in the medium term and the long term as well. NDC indirectly promotes corruption as we can all see and NPP on the other side waiting for their turn.
