  Incoperate false Alarm filtering system such as time delay or 'voting' system to asses the genuinty of the call

  Constant education like the one u are doing can all help to reduce false alarm calls
  However we must be aware that there are some false alarm with good intention but later turn out the fire is put off before the fire service arrived.
