  Govt and donor countries are not going to pour more funds into an institution that has dashed the hopes and aspirations of the people of the Savannah regions.

  Integrity of the new leadership ? The new Board and staff need to declare their assets publicly in order to bring about trust. The incoming Nigerian government says, Nigerians read Africans must question the source of money for properties public servants own. Same to Charles and his new team. Declare your assets now. Collect and prosecute the old executives, stop wasting money on press conferences, meetings. Act, act and act to increase wealth creation in the northern regions plus Volta and my BA. Look at Tain, look at Bongo, look at Wa, look at Krachi. Just harvesting rain water can change things. Too many press conferences, meetings and no improvement on the ground could lead to disaster. SADA leadership follow the example of Government's action on the eastern corridor. Actions, not words Dr. Bugri!
