  I have listened to Mr Pratt severally and I am convinced that he has not changed; he is still critical of govt, especially the Mahama regime. His only crime to the NPP faithful is that he is not talking for them.

Where was Duncan during the Joint Central Committee meetings at the PCP Head Office, Asylum Down from 1996 thereabout till 1998 on receipt of the registration certificate of the CPP from the EC and transfer of the CPP Headquarters to NCP Head Office Kanda?Mr. Pratt Has been through it all. He is indeed a Founding member of the current CPP.

  Here we go again! The CPP cannot get their act together, either, which is why the NPP and NDC have jointly monopolized the Political scene in Ghana for decades, now.
  
  Why couldn't Mr. Duncan just focus on the facts that pertain to the cause of the Nation's Economic failure, but decided to take a swipe at Pratt on his Party membership participation?
  
  Not every member's participation in any Party is the same. And that difference does not deny any one his or her claim to that membership. I see Mr. Duncan's attitude as a typical worthless in-fighting within the CPP that has continued to diminish that Party's chance of coming back into limelight. The CPP seriously lacks a strong, formidable core comprising leaders who amiably could formulate a constructive consensus on issues. Each leader seems to be always undermining the other. Hence, the exodus of many of its leaders to join other Parties. Nduom and Freddie-Blay are a few examples.
  
  It is such needless attacks on fellow Party members that has kept many of us outsiders on the fence for a long time. The attackers often do not dwell on anything of substance that enhances the Party's chance at winning Elections and improving their plans to salvage the Country. These Political leaders are all the same, people who keep fighting for their egos, and not for the Country.

  Mr. Duncan must not underestimate the economic principles behind the privatization of these Industries, even though, some vast room for a more fitting model for our situation existed but ignored. The Privatization was unavoidable but done in a poor way without the appropriate implementation of the Laws and Institutions to guide it to full success.
  
  Nkrumah wouldn't have had a choice but, at some point in his future, would have done the same, had he lived and continued rule Ghana, even a little further.
  
  However, I believe, he would have eventually embraced the Singaporean model of the State retaining some shares in those divested Companies-- a key to Singaporean Economic and Social success.
