Secondly many Ghanaians do not pay taxes because the IRS is not effecient, many are self tax evaders and almost every institution, private of govt owes the ECG.
No govt will intesionally opt for dumsor for its people.

The prez is much concern more than any other person in the country, in the first place Dumsor had been with us more than 2decades, admitedly is becoming worst under mahama led administration but we have all seen the good work and intensions to solve the problem once and for all.

so any patrotic person who is not politicaly blind must suport what the president want to do to bring dumsor to a closure in our history.

Apart from rawlingse who extended rula electrification nationwide but failed in power generation projections in future nobody had able to do what mahama is doing when it comes to generating of power.

Let the government think of other options and remember that over 70%of our revenue pays salaries because someone signed that into a policy when he was leaving office although the country wasn't prepared for that.
