Universities in Ghana only provide licenses to their graduates to reap where they never sowed. Their graduates a so stupid they cannot create jobs for themselves unless others employ and train them.
Try illiteracy then!

We live in a global village. Ghana is part of that village. Varsities in Ghana should be charging even less because their outputs are not among the world best. They charge more for their own pockets. It must stop now.
