The biggest economy in the world,America has been running budget deficit for some years now and will continue for some time.America borrows money from other economies to get America running.When you spend more than what you take in,its called budget deficit and borrow to cover the shortfall. If you cant afford your borrowings like Ghana does at the moment,that is when it becomes a problem. Nigeria's case is not unique in the world of government.
