Good to know this,there was no way he would've played for his run-away father's country.I think the Boateng's also have that same feeling towards Ghanaians bcos of their run-away father.

most Ghanaians go through a lot of stress after marrying non-Ghanaians in abroad. they sometimes feel dejection in the marriage, due to some attitudes from friends over there and family members back home. These contribute in a lot of break-ups. And also some too hide their marriage status from their new lover. But all these shouldn't be reason to abandon your child. I hope people learn from this.

We must however, be careful not to stamp out players according European market demands. All they want to see in African players is strength, stamina and speed. Europeans believe deft ball control is reserved for the South Americans.
