There must be a way of settling this case and the Chief Justice must cause an expeditious settlement of the matter. We must not allow this old man to go to his grave with any regrets. Justice must be seen to be done!

  Restrictions should be put on them as to how many times cases should be adjourned . It is just too bad for cases to last so long in Ghana something should be done about it NOW..

  In fact, our court system need serious structural and procedural adjustment. Currently, because of the outdated practices and wicked and corrupt legal practitioners; the system favors criminals and fools at the expenses of honest and law abiding citizens.It even make it a disincentive to be law abiding In recent times, it is a complete waste of time, energy and resources to seek redress in the court if you are not part of the affluent class in the society. But that should not be the case, and should be unacceptable in any civilized society. It very pitiful because "JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED", especially when the object of the litigation involves somebody's livelihood. Whether the octogenarian is guilty or innocent, at least let him know his fate to free his mind and move on with life. Oh God have mercy on mother Ghana.

  Are all in a state of frenzy in demos over 'dumsor',as if nothing else is wrong with this nation! Chances are that the documents that this poor old man has in his possession proving ownership, have been altered, or made to disappear all together;so how can he possibly prevail in this case involving 'plain daylight robbery'?
