When it comes to the poor who owes you GHc 4 ,5, or 10 you bite, but for the public institutions and the businesses that owe thousands all you do is to bark and make empty threats.
Go after their properties. Put a lien on their real estates.
Take them to court and get court orders for debt collection. Their assets could then be sold to pay their debts.
Use the court debt collection system if necessary.
Cut off their supplies for non payment of bills.
When we look back at Ghana telecom this was the same how Ghanaians were behaving ECG STC GWC all should be privatised as soon as possible.
Some of the ECG people goes to these filling stations and hotels, and the bribe them ftom disconecting them. They are their own enemy.
