pls watch joytv documentary on CHILD SLAVERY IN THE VOLTA REGION where children as young as below ten years are sold by their parents for as low as 300 ghc per year to go into extremely dangerous fishing by their slave masters......extremely dangerous and extremely pitiful to see these innocent kids die needlessly or are wounded for life by their involvement in the fishing which should be the preserve of COMPLETE ADULTS.....pls pls pls do watch it and bring this practice to a halt as a mother and a minister of gender and for children.....pls do well to call for the documentary and do this godly service to change the destiny of these kids who are hugely exploited by both their poor parents and slave masters in this modern ghana in the 21st century......

most pitiful aspect is that these kids work from 3.00 am to 8.00 pm daily according to the documentary and automatically dont go to school thus becoming a social and economic liability to themselves and to ghana....that is if they are lucky enough to be alive and healthy enough to grow up to adulthood, since many or most of them die in the course of their fishing occupation at that tender age or get fatally wounded for life....the documentary will show more than u expect and u'll be shocked to ur bones that this practice goes on in ghana today in the volta region....

The third smiled and said, "I've got you, both beat. You know how Mom enjoys the Bible, and you know she can't see very well. I sent her a brown parrot that can recite the entire Bible. It took 20 monks in a monastery 12 years to teach him. I had to pledge to contribute $100,000.00 a year for 10 years, but it was worth it. Mom just has to name the chapter and verse, and the parrot will recite it."

Soon thereafter, Mom sent out her letters of thanks: "Milton," she wrote the first son, "The house you built is so huge. I live in only one room, but I have to clean the whole house."
