  Youndont promote what youbhave to foreigners. Use mediums like bloomberg africa and cnbc africa or create a business media channel online that educates and informs foreigners about the rates and investment climate in africa. You have to create a trustworthy environment in the investment sector to bring foreigners on board. Outsiders don't have a trust in the investment climate here in North America already. So how do you expect them them to risk their money in africa of all places? Higher yields? That alone won't entice them becos they think it's just a gimmick. How can the west have lower yields than africa? Western investors are now sending their monies to China and asia becos they are using these media platforms to advertise and promote their investments. Google Forbes 2000 and see. How many African based forms do you see on that list? Pls, use the Internet, videos, podcasts and radio to promote investment climate in ghana. How many business radio/tv stations are there in ghana? Zero!
