Who asked Dr Danaa to take sides in a chieftaincy dispute by solely declaring the chieftaincy status of the Americans illegal. Who sent the National Security Officials to go and harass the Americans. We all know the National Security Zombis like operating under the cover of darkness( you remember the Legon Toll Booth Saga) and their hatred for dogs is unimaginable( you remember NS official threatened to shoot and kill the dogs of the software designer of UG students' election). Generate power before distributing same to the areas which need power. You keep extending electricity to areas which need power (and that's a good idea) without generating more power (a dumb idea).

Ocran - Honestly this is stupid. K4 initiated this, and Mahama came to complete it, almost did not include K4 so he could take all the glory. At least in K4 time, there was no situation such as what is being experienced. Every legacy NPP left has been shredded by ndc and money squandered like never before. Mills couldn't even get his own to stop the crap and his own killed him. NDC administration is fond of giving blames to NPP for its failure. Meanwhile NDC had ruled the country for 30 good years mostly without the active opposition of the NPP. It is indeed very clear, no matter from which angle you accesss the performance of the NDC-Administration, it's all a failure

So, why did Mr. Ocran, in all his 'expertise', and experience as an old Politician, not caution the Government about the unfeasibility of the Bui Project before it was completed?

Or, he didn't find anything wrong with the Project from its inception to completion but now recognizes something else that renders it useless enough to earn it his description as a white elephant?

If Mr. Ocran identifies any such thing that later rendered the Bui Dam a white elephant, let him tell us what it is.

Just as some discerning contributors offered, the Dam relies on the Water flowing through it to generate Electricity, if, for example, the Water level falls too low to turn the Turbines for the expected Energy, how does that become the fault of the former President Kufuor, under whose watch it was constructed?

If Mr. Ocran knows anything else beyond natural constraints that could not be anticipated and factored into the construction of the Dam, let him tell us. Or, he owes us the responsibility to not insult the masses' intelligence.

Could he tell us, as a member of the Board supervising the production of Electricity to the Nation, what he has contributed to solving the problem that he observes exclusively as the cause of the Dumsor?

If he has not made any such contribution, he should not aggravate the suffering of the people with further insulting allegations.
