  PPP is towing the line of hypocrites. There is no country on this earth where children are compelled to go to school. Even in the US there are children who do not go to school.
  The best a government can do is to create the right atmosphere to make it easy for even the poor parents to send their children to school. For instance, there is no fee to pay at the basic schools. Also, several deprived schools have their pupils fed and their school uniforms supplied to them free. It is still up to parents to decide.
  A thing being compulsory to do is not the same as being compelled to to do it. The cost involved in compelling every child to go to school will be unbearable to any government. After all Nduom and his nonexistent PPP know very well that they will never come to power so they can afford to entertain utopian ideas.
