Why are they cheapen ing our state institutions so much.This Cecil guy was a great local coach who did well for just one club at one time with a set of great players.He never won anything for GPS or any other club.And he couldn't duplicate his earlier success ever again so why are we going to spend all that money to give him a state funeral?
