Kagame always said, Africa nations should stop taking permission from former colonial powers and find solutions within as we have the potential to do so.
For those reasons of advising leaders to be truly independent of France, France would like to do a REGIME CHANGE to put a stooge in place to frustrate the FEDERATION of EAST AFRICA as they're doing with ECOWAS.
Francophone west Africa is not free. Through their CFA, France is not allowing them to grow economically, and holding 65% of their foreign reserves since the 1960s which is now about $ 500 Billion and borrow it back to these nations and even Ghana at an interest that the nations benefit NOT from.
Anytime a CFA nation questions this evil arrangement, a coup is applied and a stooge is installed to continue the loot.
Folks we know that Rwanda had kicked against this and replaced French with English and removed all French culture influences from the nation and brought in teachers from Kenya and Uganda to teach the kids and retrain teachers in English and also to promote their own language as lingua franca.
Burundi is a twin sister to Rwanda with same Tutsi/Hutu people and what is good for Rwanda could easily be replicated down the border and for this, France who thinks Africa is for them and NOT for BLACK people is furious .

The president of Burundi should indeed abandon his 3rd term in office if the constitution of that country does not support it to bring peace and tranquility in the country,but if it is a loose constitution like the Europians,eg, Germany, UK and France then there is nothing wrong with it.I therefore write to advise the president as a senior citizen of Arica, to deal leniently with the coup supporters and leaders since I have seen events like what is happening in his country ,but the more the president fall on them heavey handedly, the more new plots are clandestandly planned against him.On the other hand if he is sure his hanging on to power is incompatible with the constitution he should honourably step down for elections to take place for another president to take power since, the country is not a Kingdom.
