  Professor Adei is RIGHT. To transform Ghana and the whole of Africa, we need STRONG and BOLD Men and Women at the helm of affairs, Indeed, When Nii Adjei Okai came from the USA to head CUSTOMS we saw REAL and MEANINGFUL CHANGE and those of us at CUSTOMS at the time saw how REVENUE Collection Improved significantly.
  
  When we have such Ghanaians, who have been TESTED and PROVEN, why Experimenting with UNPROVEN People during these Most Difficult Times?
  
  Who takes their SICK CHILD to Korle Bu and would not want the MOST EXPERIENCED and PROVEN Doctors to see to the Child but rather somebody who has NO Experience at all in the subject matter. Would Mahama ALLOW such inexperienced Doctor to Operate on his Child? Why then does he allow them to experiment with the Economy and Livelihood of all Ghanaians?.
  
  We need TRANFORMATIONAL LEADERS who are STRONG and BOLD. Nii Adjei Okai Proved that it works. Within a few Months he TRANSFORMED, a very ROTTEN institution, into a World Class Public Corporate Body. Ghanaians, it can be done. Professor Adei is Right.
