This is a criminal act. i hope the law enforcement will take this case seriously. Where is the biological mother of this seven year old child. This child should be hand over to her mother and let the father pay child support.

Now is the time for the Ghana police to prove to the international community that child abuse and molestation are crimes punishable by law in Ghana.

This mental health board should be established as early as possible so that those health workers can be sent every community or health facilities for such screenings and timely referral.
I am talking about mental health nurses, community psychiatric nurses and first degree completed national service psychology as psychology assistance to augument the rest of the staffs.
