  The risk involved is too high for the traditional methods of lending to work. It's bad for both the banks and farmers. Over all farming does yield high financial and social rewards so government can step in with it's huge capital and even out the risk and gain from the profits whilst eliminating most of the problems associated with the public sector whilst resolving the financing problems faced by the farmers.
  So farmers can provide land, management and knowhow whilst the government provides the funds.

  It was conceded one of the best so will imperilment it after the hairdressing that is YOUTH IN LEATHER WORKS I done everything that need to be done, I rote the MOU that need be signed up to date but to no avail.
  1. I'm disappointed for coming down because I was told not to come by my friends over there.
  2. I have spend a lot, I'm in Kumasi, and from Kumasi to Accra, Hotel and others manytime.
  3. My family depends on me both"family"
  I highly need help, I rote to Defiance Ministry 2011 that I can help the production of SCHOOL SANDALS at the shoe factory in Kumasi but to no avail
