  Charges against him is transfer fraud between him,AS Roma and Napoli.
  He supposedly signed for Roma first and as Italian laws have a set number of foreigners in a team per year,you have to let one "extra communitarian"leave before you sign on another.So the story goes Obeng was signed on by Roma,which was all fake,then was let go to Napoli,creating a vacuum for Rome to exploit.But truth is Obeng plays in the lower division,
  He had nothing to do with match fixing per se but was branded as the big catch!
  There is something unwholesome in this scandal.Reading the article from Gazzetta,he was branded first as a Ghanaian,then later as a Camerounian.So here's thinking there must be a mix up somewhere or as in most Italian cases,much ado about nothing.
  Anyway,they said he was done playing soccer there!.
