  Well done Mr Lokko. The target is 'Water for All' by 2016. It's high time mums and chidren, especially in non-urban communities, stopped walking for hours in search of water. Doing so the children lost valuable sleep time, leisure time and more importantly study time. Moreover will arrive in school exhausted and unable to concentrate only to return home to start all over again. Mum struggles mean no joy in life. MPs should make water and sanitation for their communities a priority.
