NPP is not a better alternative. They almost run the economy to halt in the Kufour era. But for the sale of Ghana Telecom to a foreign entity Vodafon, Ghana would have gone bankrupt. Bawumia knows.

First there was create, loot and share. After embezzling millions of Ghana's money, John Dramani Mahama and the NDC "faithfuls" brought on the IMF loans. Everyone knows that going to the IMF means a lot of pain and deprivation in he economy of the borrowing country. We haven't even thought of repayment of the US$940 million the IMF granted Ghana. Already, expected revenues from the sale of crude oil from Ghana's oil fields have been targeted and mortgaged. Ghana's future is really bleak and we need a real change in govt quickly. In fact I believe John Dramani Mahama must be prosecuted and all the stolen monies (his brother owns an airline in Ghana. His family bought Merchant Bank.. etc) retrieved and put back in the coffers of the Ghana govt after his removal from power.

They can't see their way clearly in managing the country's economic affairs and have resorted to telling all sorts of lies just to save their faces. They're blaming Ghanaians for complaining about the economic hardships and the Dum-sor; they don't want anyone to talk about their continued failure in gov't. I was shocked to hear them say that anyone who cannot bear the Dum-sor must get out of the country. Funny! And Mahama wants to say in power beyond 2016. Election day will surely come; we'll see who is the winner.
