Surely this should have been on the card for DVLA to take seriously on board because the drivers unions knows issues the DVLA would never know there incorporating them into the equation of tackling road traffic accidents must ...

Surely this should have been on the card for DVLA to take seriously on board because the drivers unions knows issues the DVLA would never know there incorporating them into the equation of tackling road traffic accidents must be the best way forward for everyone. Including the road safety measures as well. Those officials from the drivers union must be rewarded for their efforts in their coporation with the unit.

We talk too much about the driver factor in accidents here in Ghana. Road condition and other environmental factors also form part. Some driving schools are just issuing certificate. DVLA should provide certification for instructors to teach learners as done in the UK.
