Why did he over rule the very memorandum he personally appended his signature to, by organising masses at “obra spot” to protest against an election when he and his cohorts have not done any diligence as to whether there was real evidence of electoral fraud before going to the court? They were not able to bring a shred of evidence that can amount to an unprecedented value of electoral malpractices other than relying on the periphery of some minor human errors to make a case.
